Our Town house is modern, light and spacious giving you ample room throughout. Two bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen with all the mod cons. Fantastic terrace with golf and pool views for you to sit and relax to. Roda Golf has been designed for you to walk your way round landscape gardens giving you the real 5 star feel.

Roda Golf Master Bedroom

Has a Double bed with a luxury memory foam mattress with winter or summer settings. Triple wardrobe with ample hanging space and fitted 5 draw unit. Extra over head shelving. Two side tables with table lamps. For the ladies a dressing table with large mirror next to electrical socket for styling your hair with a supplied hairdryer. Double glass patio doors leading to a small balcony with golf views and a table and two chairs for your morning coffee and coussion they have electric shutters to give total privesy and darkness for the afternoon siesta. A second balcony secluded for your washing to be hung out. floor light and pictures to finnish off and give the luxury feel.

Two single beds and a triple wardrobe with hanging space and draws. Side table with lamp in the middle. Double patio doors to a juliet balcony. shutters for total priversy and security

Bathroom 1 down stairs

A very spacious walk in shower with toilet and sink. Large mirror and plenty of light. All Bathroom are equipped with towels for your stay. This shower room is ideal when you get back from the beach just inside the front door so you don't get sand every where just pop straight in the shower.

Bathroom 2 upstairs

Bathroom 2 is fitted with a shower and bath with toilet and sink with underneath vanity cupboard and large mirror. Again a very bright array bathroom.

Kitchen

Luxury kitchen which if fully equipped with ceramic hob, electric oven, sink, marble work top, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine. It has a separate utility room with additional sink tumble dryer and washing machine.

It also has under stairs cupboard with ironing board, iron, airier and coat hanging facility.

Dinning area

has an extendable table that can easily accommodate 6 people but converts to a small square table to give you ample room. Some beautiful large paintings and window the the pool area.

Lounge area

leather sofa with coffee table, display unit and chest unit for lots of storage. double patio doors with electric shutters leading to a private terrace. Flat screen TV and Play station 2 console with lots of games. Also a selection of DVD's and books provided for your enjoyment.

Terrace area

has a lovely aspect over looking the pool and roda golf course. It has a built in BBQ for your al fresco enjoyment. A large table and four chairs with luxury sun beds.

Bed linen and towels are provided for your stay but we ask that you provide your own beach and pool towels.

The property is cleaned prior to your arrival and afterwards. An additional charge of 60 euros is paid locally for this on arrive if you require mid week cleans this would be an extra charge again paid locally.

There is plenty of parking around the accommodation so you will not have to walk far with your cases.
