This is a beautiful 3 bedroom apartment on roda golf phase 4.  It has underground parking and has terraces on the front and rear so you can always find a spot in the sun or shade. It is on the corner plot giving ample space and that luxury feel.
The living area is furnished to give a modern look and is fitted with a flat screen TV which has lots of English channels.  Includes a leather corner sofa; giving plenty on seating for all. It has an area for dinning within the apartment as well as outside furniture for the al fresco feel.
There are 3 large bedrooms the master has a double bed and en-suite; the other two bedrooms have twin beds.
The kitchen is fully equipped including fridge/freeze and a washing machine and all the usuall bits and pieces.
There is another main bathroom for further guests.
All linen is provided including beach towels for those lazy days at the pool or the beach.
Sun beds are provided on our south facing patio only a few paces from one of many swimming pools.
The apartment is fully air-conditioned and is only a few min drive from the beach and local airport. It will accommodate up to 6 people.
