Booking procedures 
 
A €150 deposit is required to secure your booking. The balance must be paid in full 8 weeks prior to your departure. An additional €150 cautionary deposit is required payable with the balance. This will be kept as a security payment in case of breakages and fully refunded if everything is in order.

There is an additional €70 for cleaning & laundry payable directly to our Key holder on arrival.

Roda Golf Accommodation

The apartment is a luxury penthouse on Phase IIIb it is suitable for up to 6 people, with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It has an extensive 70m2 roof terrace which is ideal for private sunbathing or evening bbq overlooks the swimming pool and the golf course.

Fully fitted kitchen with large open hatchway to dining area. It is equipped with a hob & extractor, oven, fridge-freezer, washing machine, microwave, kettle, and oven proof dishes.

Two of the bedrooms are fitted with 2 twin beds which can be put together to form a double, built in wardrobes.

Little Extras

There is a cool bag to use with ice blocks for beach/trips etc. There is a safe fitted for guests use along with iron & ironing board,hairdryer and sun loungers. Clothes airer, children's cutlery and unbreakable crockery are also available,Also :-

Cleaning
One set of towels and linen provided per person.
The property will be cleaned before and after the rental.
For two week rentals, mid week cleaning and linen can be arranged for a small charge.
Pool towels are also provided.
