Booking procedures 
 
A €150 / £150 deposit is required to secure your booking. The balance must be paid in full 8 weeks prior to your departure. An additional €150 / £150 cautionary deposit is required payable with the balance. This will be kept as a security payment in case of breakages and fully refunded if everything is in order.

There is an additional €80 for cleaning & laundry payable directly to our Key holder on arrival.

Roda Golf Accommodation

The apartment is a luxury penthouse on Phase IIIb it is suitable for up to 6 people, with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It has an extensive 70m2 roof terrace which is ideal for private sunbathing or evening bbq and overlooks the swimming pool and the golf course.

Fully fitted kitchen with large open hatchway to dining area. It is equipped with a hob & extractor, oven, fridge-freezer, washing machine, microwave, kettle, and oven proof dishes.

The property will be cleaned before and after the rental.
For two week rentals, mid week cleaning and linen can be arranged for a small charge.
