Roda is on the Costa Calida just down from Costa Blanca on the South East Cost line of Spain. In an area called Murcia.

2. Which airport do I need to book my flights to?
San Javier is the nearest airport which is called Murcia by airlines such as ryan air and easy jet. It is only 2km to Roda Golf Resort which takes about 10min by car. The alternatively airport is Alicante which is approx 45 min away.

3. How do I get to Roda Golf from the Airport?
Taxi's are available at San Javier airport cost should be approximately 12 euros.

4. Is Roda Golf suitable for families as well as golfers?
Yes it a great place for families as there are plenty of pools and near to the beach resorts of Los Alcazares and Los Narejos were you will find plenty of bars, restaurants and tappas, with a wide variety of water sports, walking, tennis, horse riding, cycling and much much more.

5. What's the weather like in Murcia?
Great weather all year round with average temperatures 0f 66 degrees with over 300 days of sunshine a year. Low rainfall and temperatures reaching as high 30's in the summer It is said to be one of the healthiest climates of the Costa's.

6. Will I need to higher a car?
It is an advantage to have a car as it is about 2km from the beach and 1km to the main restaurant area, however many people are quite happy to stay on the resort and use the facilities there which includes a fantastic restaurant, snack bar, tapas bar mini market shop. tennis , paddle courts, football & basket ball court and of course the golf. Phase I and Phase II are quite close to the clubhouse and other facilities but fase III and IV are quite a distance to walk.
