This townhouse is fully air-conditioned and has lovely marble floors. It has a king double in the master room and twin beds in the other. Great views over the 10th fairway of roda golf course from the terrace and master bedroom.

It also has a sofa bed so can accommodate up to 6 people if needed.

You will find everything you need and is fully equipped with TV, DVD, cooker, microwave, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, washer-dryer, iron, ironing board, bed linen and towels.

There are 4 sets of golf clubs for your use cutting down the costs of hiring or paying to bring yours over.

The townhouse is on phase II and only ten minutes walk from the shop, club house and restaurant.
